Just a short note to say thank you for a great guide and two great tours. [The guide] was just what we were hoping for friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We will certainly recommend your services to anyone we know who is planning to travel to Italy.  Thanks again.
Ron Jackson, Colorado, USA (May 2009)

We are back home now after having just a wonderful time in Florence.  The guides you set us up with were terrific, especially Mr. T.  He was just a delight, so helpful, so knowledgeable, so friendly.  We also thoroughly enjoyed Marlena.  She did our walking tour and knew every little nook and cranny in Florence, so we not only saw the major sites we wanted to see, but along the way she showed us things we didn't expect.  Over all we were pleased beyond words.
All that to say thank you.  You did a marvelous job organizing our tours for us and for that we are so very grateful.  You were right - everything did work out.  The guides were right on time and right where we were set up to meet them.  I will certainly recommend your services to others who visit Italy.  So thanks again and I hope your tourist season in Italy brings you much business and prosperity.

Forever grateful
Nancy Ogle, Louisville Kentucky USA (May 2008)

Just want to let you know that my group loved Giulia who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Thank you for another wonderful tour. I will definitely be in contact to make arrangements for my future groups and have already happily recommended you to those who seek my advice.
Ihla Crowley of Drifter Sister Tours (www.driftersister.com) Boulder City NV USA (Classic Academy Tour June 2008)

We came to Italy after visiting England and Belgium. We had had run-of-the-mill guides in both countries and I wasn't particularly looking forward to our guided tour of Florence on a hot summer's day. To my (and my wife's) surprise the guide you provided was just what our holiday needed. She was not only very knowledgable and professional, but was obviously passionate about what she was doing. The guided tour we took in Florence was the absolute highlight of our holiday and something we will remember for a long time. Thank you very much for all your efforts.

Bob and June Mills, Vancouver CANADA (Classic Orientation Tour July 2006).

It's not often that I've felt compelled to write a thank you note following a holiday, but I just had to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Florence with [the guide]. It might sound like a cliché but she really did make all those old monuments come alive.
Jonathan Pindyck, San Diego USA (Classic Uffizi Tour April 2007).

Thank you for making our stay in Italy such a memorable one. We will be seeing you again soon.
Paul and Charlotte Ellis, London UK (Classic Orientation Tour October 2006).

Your staff were helpful before we left and the guide was exceptional. We will be recommending you to all our family and friends.
Steven Rosetti, Brisbane AUSTRALIA (Personalised Tour March 2007).

[The guide] was fantastic! Thank you thank you thank you!
The Fitzgerald Family, New Haven USA (Classic Orientation Tour September 2006).

Our kids loved the tour and were thrilled with the stories and anecdotes that [the guide] told us throughout.  I shall be recommending you to all our friends (especially the mums!) who are thinking of going to see your beautiful country.
Pieter Hampton, Amsterdam THE NETHERLANDS (Florence 4 Kids tour, June 2009)

I would just like to say thank you to you for being so helpful in organizing the tour and my praises go to Alessandra who kept our three children hooked for three hours.  I must admit I was a bit skeptical about how you could do a kids tour in a city like Florence but you definitely came up with the goods.
Claribel Smith, Oregon USA (Florence 4 Kids tour, April 2009)

My husband and I have been to Italy many times but this was the first time we came over with our two boys.  We chose the kids tour in Florence because thought this would be the best way for them to share some of the passion we have for the city.  It worked and they loved the tour. When we got back my youngest's first comment was, "So when are we going back to Florence, Mum".
Lizzy and Bryan Whittle, London UK (Florence 4 Kids tour, July 2009)

Great idea that of the ice-cream tasting! Excellent gelato, by the way! And our kids loved helping with the painting of the Florentine paper, too! We are all really thankful to all of you for the great organisation!
Fred Shaughnessy,  Galway IRELAND (Florence 4 Kids tour, April 2009)

The walk around Florence in the evening was wonderful and really left us with an enchanting vision of Florence. [...] We felt privileged to be able to taste the delights of the city just while everyone else was heading back to their hotels or making their way to a restaurant.
Jeff and Elke Murphy, Kentucky USA (Evening Walk Tour, July 2009)
